Increase real estate leads by using HDR photos in listings
October 22nd, 2008
Realtors and home-owners selling houses can increase their sales leads quickly by standing out from the crowd and using HDR photos for their listings.
It is rare to see high quality pictures on property listings. The ones that are get more leads than those who use point and shoot style cameras to take their photos. Contractors, builders, and interior decorators can benefit from high quality HDR pictures as well. The best part is, most cameras can take HDR photos.

I use HDR for most of my indoor photography, and I feel that it’s much more effective than setting up multiple strobes. Three to five shots with different shutter speeds – sometimes I’ll throw in a shot with a flash, as well, and then pick which ones to use for the HDR or exposure blending in Photomatix.
And to help promote my photography, I post the homes that I photograph on http://www.ashtabulamarket.com.
