		<description>Thanks and great tip. Actually on the breathing I put a tip on one of my blog posts as well. The best is to breathe in, out, in and then halfway out and block your breath. this will oxygenate your blood and work better.

		<description>this is for matt - hdr is supposed to look a bit unnatural. that&#039;s what makes it different. the sky is dark due to the settings and can be fixed with one of the sliders. the point for hdr is so you can see the minor details under the eves of the buidling and detail in the bark. you can&#039;t do that with any cokin.</description>
